With extensive international experience in finance, logistics and management, Édouard LENO takes the helm of Conakry Terminal with the ambition of driving a new phase of growth, performance and transformation for the port terminal.
Throughout his career, he has built internationally recognised expertise, particularly in Africa, where he has held several senior management positions within Africa Global Logistics (AGL).
He has notably held managerial responsibilities in Nigeria, Congo and Senegal, most recently serving as Regional Chief Financial Officer. His background in consulting and financial auditing has also enabled him to develop solid expertise in performance, governance, and organisational transformation.
This dual expertise at the crossroads of finance and logistics, combined with an in-depth understanding of African economic realities, is a major asset in supporting Conakry Terminal's ambitions and strengthening the competitiveness of Guinea's logistics chain.
Under his leadership, Conakry Terminal intends to continue its growth momentum and consolidate its role as a strategic logistics platform serving Guinea and West Africa. In particular, the company aims to reach the milestone of one million containers handled, while continuing to improve service quality and operational performance.
This ambition is part of a clear vision: to make the terminal's performance a driver for streamlining trade flows, strengthening the competitiveness of the Guinean economy, and enhancing the country's attractiveness to investors and economic operators.
