Where we offer an interactive service, the data provided by these services is provided for information purposes only. No guarantee is given as to the accuracy of the information provided. Some interactive services are limited to users who have an AGL bill of lading, container number or booking number.

Shipment Tracking Service
Your right to use this interactive service is strictly limited to tracking containers shipped by AGL in which you have an interest. You must use the information and content of the service in accordance with the rules set out in these terms of use. The AGL tracking application may not work for users who hide or anonymize their identity or location as well as their internet IP address. AGL reserves the right to slow down or stop full access to AGL Track and Trace data by automated processes, without notice.


Intellectual Property Rights
AGL and its subcontractors and/or all relevant third-party owners retain all rights, title and interest, including copyright, trademark rights, patents and any other intellectual property rights, or any other rights, in all information and content, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics and logos, present on the AGL Website. You must not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, transmit or otherwise use the information and content of the AGL Website unless you have obtained the prior express written permission of AGL.


Nothing in these terms of use or the use of the AGL Website shall be construed as granting or transferring any intellectual property right, title or interest in the AGL Website and/or its content to you or to anyone else.
