Abidjan Terminal, a subsidiary of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) and concessionaire of the 1st container terminal of the Port of Abidjan, received on May 04, 2024, in Abidjan, the Inclusive Leadership Award from the pan-African association Women in Logistics (WILA).


This distinction, which was presented at the 3rd edition of the Wila forum, organized by this association working for the integration of women in the logistics professions, recognizes the port operator’s commitment to inclusion, diversity and female leadership within the company.

 

 

Abidjan Terminal is strongly committed to inclusive leadership and diversity. The company supports several initiatives to integrate women in logistics, through various female mentoring programs. In the field of education, the operator supports the Miss Mathematics competition, and facilitates the obtaining of advanced training courses but also the financing of projects for the rehabilitation of schools and the granting of school kits.
