On August 22, 2024, the teams of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) Angola successfully exported to France a giant helicopter of more than 6T with heavy transport capabilities. Compliant with the safety standards of the oil & gas sector, this helicopter is intended for crew transfers to offshore platforms.
AGL’s teams mobilised a 70-tonne crane which made it possible to load it onto a special low-loader truck. They then ensured the safe transfer of the oversized convoy to the port of Luanda where it was loaded for Europe.
As an operator of multimodal solutions in Angola, AGL implements its operational synergies to ensure the fluidity of flows to and from the country. The company supports its customers in the logistics and development of major industrial projects (Energy, telecommunications, mining, etc.)
