The Tokadeh Phase II mine expansion project

Context:
Tokadeh is an iron ore mine located in the Nimba Mountains of Liberia. The Tokadeh Phase 2 Expansion Project involves the construction of a concentrator plant at the Tokadeh mine and a new ship loader at the port of Buchanan.
Challenges
The project presented several major logistical challenges:
Discharge of 34 charter vessels.
Operations in the remote port of Buchanan.
OOG Cargo: e-houses, locomotives, wagons, mining drums, steel structures, prefabricated housing.
Coordination with a QHSE security escort.
Complex route through rural areas.
