Important – Preparation of your SPONSORSHIP application
As part of your sponsorship application, it is mandatory to provide the documents listed below.
No application will be reviewed if any of these required documents are missing.
We strongly recommend that you prepare all the required documents before starting the submission process.
List of Required Documents:
National identity card or passport of the organization’s representative.
Extract of the certificate of recognition of the organization's statutes less than 6 months old.
Bank account details less than 6 months old in the name of the organization and issued by a financial institution.
Organization’s statutes (required only for projects exceeding €10,000).
Composition of the organization’s governing body (required only for projects exceeding €10,000).
Detailed budget for the allocation of the requested amount to AGL.
Financial report of the beneficiary for the past two years (only for projects exceeding €10,000).
