BAMBA CALIMOU, NEW DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS FOR AGL CÔTE D’IVOIRE
AGL Côte d’Ivoire announces the appointment of Bamba Calimou as Director of Transport Solutions. Prior to his appointment, Bamba Calimou was Deputy Director of Transversal Functions at AGL Côte d’Ivoire. In his new
new role, he will be responsible for coordinating all AGL Côte d’Ivoire transport operations throughout the country, and for optimizing internal processes with a view to improving operational efficiency and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

With over 25 years’ experience in the transport and logistics sector, Bamba Calimou will work to implement complete logistics solutions for goods receipt, transfer and delivery of parcels in Abidjan, inland and to the hinterland, with a particular focus on innovation and digitalization.
Bamba Calimou holds an Engineering Diploma in International Trade and a Master’s Degree in Business Organization, and joined AGL Côte d’Ivoire in 1998. Over the years, he has held strategic positions in a variety of fields, including handling, customs clearance, sea, air and export freight forwarding, courier services, removals and quality auditing, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the transport and logistics business.
