AGL celebrates Congo’s independence

On August 15, 2024, about 400 employees took part in the lunch organized on the occasion of the celebration of the 64th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Congo. An opportunity for the regional management to communicate the regional vision to the employees.

Henri LOEMBET BILLY, Head of Human Resources, took the opportunity to encourage employees to continue to invest more in the continuous improvement of the quality of work delivered to customers and partners. He also detailed all the measures put in place by the employer for the well-being of employees over the past five years. In particular, the layout of workspaces, the reorganization of teams, the promotion of young local employees to key positions, etc.
