AGL and FLYING WHALES join forces to innovate in freight transport in Africa
AGL, a major player in transport and logistics in Africa, and Flying Whales, a company specialising in the design of modern airships for the transport of heavy loads, have recently signed a strategic partnership. The aim of this alliance is to explore the possibilities offered by the freight transport solution developed by Flying Whales.
The partnership aims to develop new uses for the LCA60T airship, leveraging AGL’s expertise and comprehensive logistics solutions, including customs, warehousing, and more.
For AGL, this collaboration is an opportunity to enrich its range of services by combining the flexibility of the airship with its logistical know-how. The LCA60T airship, capable of transporting up to 60 tonnes of cargo, offers a modern solution for transporting cargo to the most remote and hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its ability to hover, it allows for fast loading and unloading operations.
